He has been providing consulting services related to safety culture, workplace and process safety, operational excellence, strategy development, SIF prevention and Safe Decision Making® Methodology. During his career, Thomas led consulting organisations in multiple geographies and acted as Process Safety Practice Leader with focus on high risk industries.
