Mr. Said Zerarka is the Founder and Managing Director of ZERSA LLC (UAE), Systems Lab International LLC (Oman), and Technical Petroleum Solutions LLC (Oman). With over 25 years of industry experience, he is a recognized leader in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality Management, and Operational Excellence.

An American Petroleum Institute (API) Certified Trainer, Mr. Zerarka spent 18 years with Halliburton, where he held key roles in HSE and Quality Management, driving performance improvement and compliance across global operations.

Since 2016, he has been providing comprehensive consultancy and training services to operators and oilfield service companies worldwide, helping organizations enhance their operational integrity, safety culture, and management systems.

In 2020, through SysLab Software, Mr. Zerarka initiated a digital transformation journey to digitalize HSE management systems, integrating people, processes, and data to drive smarter, safer, and more sustainable operations.
