Coy Wilcox

Coy is currently serving as the Head of Talent Management for Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling (SANAD); SANAD is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Nabors Drilling. This joint venture took form in December 2017 where he was asked to head the TLD efforts as they move forward with the 50 active rigs and the planned 42 additional NOV and Saudi Aramco rig build project.

Coy served as the Director of the Petroleum Extension (PETEX) for The University of Texas at Austin from 2015-2018; prior to that he served as Training Learning & Development Manager for Nabors Industries in Saudi Arabia for seven years.

In his over 35 years of Operational Training Environment experience, Coy has worked to develop Competency Programs to support localization efforts in diverse and multi-cultural environments around the globe. Coy’s experienced is matched with Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management of Information Systems.
