With over 15 years’ experience delivering advanced 3D visualisation and XR solutions for global clients including Saudi Aramco, ADNOC and PepsiCo, Ben has led Luminous’ evolution from 3D laser scanning into a full XR learning platform combining no-code VR authoring, gamified content, and analytics-driven learning management. His work focuses on transforming HSE and competency training through immersive simulation, helping organisations reduce risk, improve engagement, and build safer, more skilled workforces aligned with Vision 2030.
