Mubarak Rashed

Mubarak Rashed is a Head of HSSE with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing industries. He has successfully led health, safety, security, and environmental initiatives for major projects, including those under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), RCRC, Aramco, Enbridge, and 3M in the Middle East and the USA.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Risk Control and Safety Management, Mubarak has completed more than 25 major projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety excellence and regulatory compliance. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement in all his endeavors.
